Shipping and Returns

Fast worldwide shipping

After we verify the payment of the order, we process and ship the order in 48 hours (weekends and holidays not included). We ship worldwide with Pošta Slovenije d.o.o., shipping time is different for every country.

Shipping cost is 3 EUR / 3 USD. If you order over 35 EUR, the shipping is FREE. 

European countries

European customers do not carry any other costs (no import duties or extra taxes). We ship to all European countries.

Worldwide shipping, outside of Europe

For all customers outside the European Union, our orders are DDU (Duties Delivered Unpaid). As the customer, you are liable to pay for all import duties, customs and taxes. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Free returns in 60 days

We offer free returns for brand new products. Any brand new product can be returned in 60 days for a full refund or a store credit. Please contact our Customer Service for more information about returns. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of return shipping.
